Daniel Etoh has over 20 years of extensive experience in litigation, mediation & arbitration, corporate and commercial matters, including incorporating and registering charities. Daniel’s legal education traversed 3 countries and 2 continents, Nigeria, the United States and Canada. He holds an LL.B degree from Nigeria, and two Masters of Law degrees (LL.M) and a doctorate degree (SJD) in law from Golden Gate University California, USA.

His area of specialization in his first masters was in Corporate and Commercial Law, while his second masters degree was in International Law.  He is admitted to practice law in Nigeria, California and Ontario.

Daniel has a reputation among his colleagues for providing effective solutions to difficult legal issues.  He has the proven ability to work with clients and others to develop constructive relationships and address challenges while treating everyone with fairness and respect. The result is the efficient and cost-effective delivery of legal services to his clients.

In his spare time, Daniel volunteers at his church counseling intending couples.
